Jimmy's Hall

Holding the dubious title of being the only Irishman ever to be deported from his own country, Jimmy Gralton (Barry Ward) comes under fire from the Catholic Church and local authorities for hosting regular dances in his village hall - deemed to be a hotbed of religious and political scheming. Fleeing a country on the brink of civil war, Jimmy cannot stay away forever, and a decade later his heart brings him home and he sets out to re-open the hall and host a dance - regardless of the consequences.
